Device Lab Technician Provisioning and Operations

Our client, a leading technology organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Device Lab Technician (Provisioning and Operations) to join their dynamic team. As a Device Lab Technician , you will play a crucial role in supporting high-volume device provisioning, configuration, and testing within the device labs.

What's the Job?

• Perform hands-on device provisioning, flashing, and configuration of Android and iOS devices following standardized procedures.
• Support high-volume operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy in device testing workflows.
• Pull and interpret logs to troubleshoot basic device or flashing issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
• Maintain organized inventory, workstations, and general lab environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring devices into the labs and support ongoing testing activities.

What's Needed?

• Basic familiarity with Linux command line and scripting (bash, SCP, simple script editing).
• Understanding of Android devices and testing workflows; experience with iOS provisioning is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and structured playbooks reliably.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
