Job Description:

Looking for a seasoned technical project manager with proven experience in managing complex programs involving multi-skilled resources across various countries and successfully delivery outcome as per schedule.

- Mandatory

Skills:

Technical project management, stakeholder management, People management and family in running complex IT Software development and support projects
- Mandatory tools/Tech background: JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project, Familiarity with modern technology stacks (Cloud platforms, APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, Pub-Sub, Dev Ops practices)

Skills and experiences:

The right candidate should have 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 6 years managing technology-focused initiatives and should have demonstrated experience in o leading end-to-end delivery of technical programs across domains in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain technology programs o defining and managing program scope, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.

o conducting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release Management.

o Partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

o Acting as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and providing regular status, evaluating issues and risks and dependencies o ensuring adherence of the project to refined IT standards, security, compliance, and governance requirements o risk, issue, stakeholder and dependencies management o tracking and reporting key delivery metrics (velocity, quality, cost, and productivity) o continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including automation and AI-based productivity tools.

o Proactive communication and excellence in written and verbal communication

o Leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross functional global teams CALLS OUTS:

1. This is 100% in person position at clients Sunnyvale office (remote or hybrid options not available at any circumstances and such candidates need not apply)

2. This is an independent contributor role from day 1 and min. bachelor's degree is required.

3. Local candidates are highly preferred

4. This is for a long-term project ( multi-year)
