Introduction

Join our team as a Junior Business Process Consultant and work with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. You will drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, ultimately helping customers grow their business on the Service Now platform by demonstrating the value of their investment.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Must have 8-10 years of experience as business analyst
  • Experience in analyzing current state processes and designing future-state processes within Service Now
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  • Platform expertise in Service Now, guiding customers towards configuration over customization
  • Experience supporting UAT and deployment
  • Conducting training and supporting change management for successful user adoption
  • Creating process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional design documents
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) & ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM – HAM/SAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Familiarity with CMDB /CSDM
  • Certifications such as CIS – ITSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-DF, CIS – CSM or CIS – FSM, CSA, ITIL v4
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Act as the process expert using Service Now products following best practices
  • Define, re-engineer, and improve processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
  • Lead customer design workshops and support key customer process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks
  • Draft functionality-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategy
  • Implement the latest Service Now AI offerings and support internal unit testing
  • Drive customer unit and user-acceptance testing requirements
  • Prepare all customer-facing deliverables focused on process
  • Collaborate with the engagement manager to monitor for scope creep and resolve critical path technical issues
