This presents a fantastic opportunity for an organized, proactive undergraduate student to gain hands-on exposure to how an in-house Legal department supports a thriving technology company. The role is designed for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and helping teams operate more efficiently, while learning how legal and compliance functions interact with the broader business. We are committed to preserving our entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic pace, while also being a global and stable entity.

Throughout the internship, you will engage in meaningful operational projects, attend lunchandlearn sessions with internal stakeholders, participate in networking activities, and contribute to project showcases that highlight your work.

If you are curious about how law, compliance, and business operations intersect, and enjoy bringing order and clarity to complex environments, we want to hear from you!

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Legal Operations intern will support the in-house legal team with a primary focus on organization, workflow support, and process improvement. Working alongside a global team of seasoned attorneys and business professionals, you will help streamline internal processes, improve documentation systems, and support efficient engagement between Legal and other business teams.

The internship will run from late May to early August (with some date flexibility) and will be fulltime, inperson role at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters.

Support process improvement initiatives, including evaluating tools and systems (potentially including AI-enabled solutions) to enhance workflows.

Contribute to process mapping, playbook creation, project tracking, and operational reporting.

ABOUT YOU

Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable bringing structure and clarity in evolving operational environments.

Naturally inclined towards checklists, documentation, and creating systems that make work easier for others

Proactive and self-motivated, with strong follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Clear, confident communicator comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Curious about how legal departments operate within a business, with interest in Legal Operations, business enablement, technology, or project management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, or recently completed an undergraduate degree.

Interest in business operations, technology, compliance, legal operations, data privacy, or related areas.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Microsoft CoPilot and Smart Sheets is a plus.

Prior experience in-house, or in legal support or operations setting is a plus.

To apply, please submit: (i) your resume and (ii) a brief cover letter (1 page maximum explaining why you are interested in this role and how your skills align with the position.)
