Need consultants with experience in kickstart and building hardened images.
In-depth knowledge of RHEL 8 and 9.
Proficient in unattended RHEL 8/9 OS network builds of 'bare metal' using Kick Start.
High proficiency in shell scripting, Kick Start, and Anaconda.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols, and topologies: TCP/IP, BOOTP, DHCP, TFTP, HTTP, DNS, NTP.
Ratify RHEL 8 and/or 9 on new Lenovo Think Centre and Dell Opti Plex workstation hardware with a custom software/application stack.
Network 'bare metal' build the new workstation hardware using UEFI and BOOTP configuration, DHCP configuration, TFTP configuration, and HTTPD configuration.
Create/update the Kick Start file for a zero-touch unattended 'bare metal' workstation network build.
