Senior IT System Administrator

We develop GPU‑accelerated RAID for NVMe SSDs, delivering breakthrough performance for customers with demanding, latency‑sensitive, and data‑intensive workloads. As a Senior IT System Administrator, you will oversee our technical infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure the health, security, and connectivity of our company network and R&D environments. In addition, you will be a strategic partner by designing and automating internal business systems (MIS) to support our organizational goals.

• Network Architecture & Connectivity:
  Manage company networks, ensuring 99.9% uptime. Oversee DNS, Subnetting, and Network Segmentation (VLANs) to isolate and secure R&D labs from corporate traffic.
• Security & Identity (IAM):
  Enforce the Principle of Least Privilege. Manage Microsoft Entra  (M365) and LDAP directory services. Implement and maintain SSO, MFA, and firewall policies to protect against external and internal threats.
• User & Asset Management:
  Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process. This includes automated account provisioning and managing a mixed fleet of Windows, macOS, and Linux devices via MDM.
• R&D Infrastructure Support:
  Maintain the availability of critical dev tools, including Jenkins (CI/CD), Git Lab (Source Control), and software registries.
• Virtualization & Containers:
  Manage virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and provide basic administration for Docker containers supporting R&D workflows.
• MIS & Automation:
  Proactively identify opportunities to streamline business processes (e.g., procurement, expense reporting). Experience designing workflows within the Zoho ecosystem is a major plus.
• Technical Support:
  Serve as the final escalation point for the IT ticketing system, providing timely and professional support to all employees.

• Experience:
  
  8+ years in System/Network Administration in a multi-OS environment (Win/Mac/Linux).
• Networking:
  Expert knowledge of VPNs (Site-to-Site and Remote), switching, routing, and network hardening.
• Identity:
  Proven proficiency with Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD) and Group Policy management.
• Tools:
  Experience with MDM platforms and infrastructure tools like Jenkins or Git Lab.
• Scripting:
  Power Shell and Bash to automate routine tasks, system configurations, and user lifecycle workflows
• Virtualization:
  Hands-on experience with VMs and an understanding of containerization (Docker).
• Soft Skills:
  
  A bridge-builder mentality—able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Direct experience implementing or managing Zoho business modules
• Experience with Python or API integration (especially for Zoho) is a significant advantage

• Work hands‑on with cutting‑edge GPU + NVMe storage acceleration technology.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. Compensation will be standardized for all hires at the same level and location. The package may include stock options and a performance-based bonus.

• Total Compensation Range: $130,000 - $180,000
