Rate: $75/hr

The pay range for this role is $130K Max per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. • Deep LMS Administration, Configuration & Support (Primary Focus)
• Compliance, Audit, and Governance
• Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality
• Integrations & Technical Enablement
• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
• Strong knowledge on life sciences domain and Regulatory knowledge
• Good Understanding on the CSV area, Compliance & Audits

5+ years of deep, hands‑on experience administering SAP Success Factors Learning(LMS).

• Proven background operating in audit-driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar).
• Advanced expertise in:
  • LMS security model (domains, roles, assignment profiles)
  • SCORM/ape/AICC content debugging and tracking
  • Learning history corrections and data governance
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around:
  • User assignments
  • Connector/SFTP/AICC issues
  • Integrations and sync errors
• Solid understanding of Success Factors Platform (RBP, BizX Admin Center).

Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail—critical for audit readiness.

• Experience with Success Factors modules beyond LMS (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, Platform).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/CMDB).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in heavily regulated industries (healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, government).
