Principal TPM

Description

Ring is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to help drive the deliverables and releases of an embedded device team, working on Ring devices and services.

• Manage and track device development and releases
• Plan and coordinate the product development team's releases with other engineering teams and stakeholders
• Work with the team and leadership to help drive development commitments to stakeholders
• Set up mechanisms and processes to manage programs across all product development verticals

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• 8+ years of hands‑on work managing complex technology projects
• Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
