The Global Hardware and Reliability team inspires people and organizations to be a change agent for improving Google data center hardware deployments, builds, and quality. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive Google Data Center machine and rack infrastructure quality through managing New Product Introduction Deployments, Builds, and Quality, and assure continuous improvements in Quality from Development through Full Production Entry.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Develop schedules and requirements in support of overall program quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and data center quality engineers, in coordination with Development Engineering, in the achievement of quality and reliability.
- Lead data analysis efforts to track trends and identify quality/reliability escapes and set quality goals.
- Program Manage data center technicians, engineering, and manufacturing quality engineers.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Center Operations, Reliability and Product and Supplier Quality teams in support of continuous improvement.
