Senior SW​/HW Test Validation Lead

We are looking for a senior test leader to define and own end-to-end test strategies and validation frameworks for complex software-hardware systems. This role focuses on planning what to test, how to test it, and why ensuring product quality, reliability, and readiness from early development through release.

• 10+ years of architect comprehensive test strategies covering software, hardware, and system-level validation
• Define scalable test frameworks, methodologies, and quality metrics
• Identify critical user scenarios, edge cases, and failure modes across the full product lifecycle
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations to align test plans with design intent and risk
• Guide test automation strategy and manual validation where appropriate
• Review test coverage, results, and gaps; drive continuous improvement
• Mentor engineers on test design, best practices, and quality mindset

• Deep experience testing integrated software-hardware products
• Strong systems thinking (able to reason across firmware, OS, apps, sensors, connectivity, and user interaction)
• Proven ability to design test plans from ambiguous or early requirements
• Hands‑on understanding of validation frameworks, automation tools, and lab setups
• Clear communicator who can explain risk and quality tradeoffs to technical and non‑technical teams

• Experience with consumer‑grade, high‑reliability products
• Background in manufacturing, field testing, or post‑launch quality analysis
