This role will be based in Sunnyvale / Mountain View, or San Francisco, CA. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a Linked In office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a passionate, user-obsessed Senior Product Manager who will have end-to-end ownership of the Linked In Learning career experience for both our members and enterprise users. You will leverage Linked In’s economic graph and cutting-edge technology to drive step changes in repeat engagement and user value.
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Linked In Learning Careers user experience
- Deeply understand employee and member needs and motivations to develop a comprehensive and innovative Career strategy
- Cross-functional team leadership including stakeholder alignment and excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences across R&D, Go-to-market, and Sales
- Data-driven PM that can analyze user behaviors, user pain points, and product metrics to determine the right set of product experiences to deliver member and employee value
- Partner with product teams across Linked In to ensure seamless user experiences that align with our broader Linked In Talent ecosystem
- Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across Linked In
- Build and foster a team culture with deep user empathy and impact-focused execution
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of building and scaling personalized and customized product flows, utilizing GenAI technologies
- Experience building user-facing software products with a demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, planning, development and launch
- Experience defining, articulating, and operationalizing product ROI
- Experience in operating in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment, navigating large organizations to achieve business impact
- Proficiency in user research methodologies to identify and prioritize new product opportunities
