IT Support, Systems Engineer

WhatYou Will Do
- Lead and execute technical projects and work packages while supporting resource planning aligned with team competencies.
- Ensure compliance with QMS and internal policies, perform technical and quality reviews, track and resolve defects, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate technical aspects of opportunities, proposals, and projects, and support pre-sales with solution presentations and technical inputs.
- Mentor and onboard team members through structured coaching plans and contribute to knowledge sharing, competency development, and internal documentation.
- Author white papers and marketing materials to support business growth and demonstrate domain expertise. Drive innovation and measurable process improvements through Six Sigma and other optimization methods, ensuring delivery quality, technical compliance, and alignment with client and organizational goals.
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
- Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of C++;
Python;
Objective-C;
Swift;
Typescript; C#;
Shell script;
Android; iOS; UPnP;
Telnet; TCP/IP; HTTP; FTP;
Win
32;
MySQL; and other listed tools as applicable. - Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30% as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S. Supervising eight (8) subordinate employees.
Pay Range: $147,430 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements- This role is an on-site position located at 175 Addison Rd, Ste. 6F, Windsor, CT 06095, and unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Travel Requirements: No travel is required.
