Job TITLE: HRIT Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Term: Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a HRIT Business Analyst to join our HRIT Workforce Solutions team. In this role, you will support and maintain Workday HCM, reporting, integration processes, and other third-party HR tools.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with application owners, users, and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements.
  • Recommend technical solutions considering priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
  • Build and execute detailed implementation plans, including design, build, QA/testing, deployment, and support.
  • Support technical troubleshooting and escalations with vendors and technology partners.
  • Lead and support communication and training initiatives.
  • Formalize and document processes to create leverage and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and put Linked In members first.
    • Qualifications Required
    • 4+ years supporting HR systems.
    • 2+ years configuring and implementing Workday HCM.
    • Deep understanding of Workday data, business processes, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, and key domains such as Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
    Preferred
    • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
    • Highly independent, able to own and drive complex work tracks.
    • Strong collaborator, able to influence stakeholders across the company.
    • Comfortable in fast-changing environments and creating clarity from ambiguity.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and functional audiences.
