Responsibilities:
• Lead Service Now HR Service Delivery projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology.
• Provide hands-on lead role and Project Management.
• Handle work independently by collaborating closely with the HR Business team.
• Capture requirements, analyze, craft, and configure applications to meet business requirements, and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Support integrations between Service Now and other applications.
• Configure new requirements, work on bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Create configuration documentation throughout the development process.
• Work with developers, business analysts, and management to define new requirements.
