You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production.
- Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large cross-functional teams.
- Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with engaging priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in storage servers, systems and solutions.
- Experience in component Social Security Disability (SSD) qualifications.
- Experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, end-to-end validation/critical user journey (CUJ) testing.
- Experience with launching data center products and deployments.
