** About the Role
** We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to join our team as Sr. Director, CIO Chief of Staff and IT PMO. This role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-level planning, governance, and delivery across our cybersecurity and IT portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and organizational agility.
** Key Responsibilities
** Chief of Staff to the CIO:
* Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CIO and IT leadership
* Lead and manage business operations including leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles
* Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities
* Enable clarity and focus across leadership through strategic guidance and alignment
* Manage communications and change management across the organization
* Partner with the Executive Assistant to the CIO to support organizational health efforts: including culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness
* Champion automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence across the CIO organization

IT PMO Leadership
* Oversee the centralized Program Management Office (PMO) within the Office of the CIO
* Manage a diverse portfolio including Applications, Infrastructure, Information Security and Strategic cross functional Projects
* Define and implement a mature PMO strategy that scales with organizational needs

Cybersecurity & Risk Enablement
* Collaborate with the CISO and cybersecurity teams to embed security enablement and resilience in all programs
* Support risk mitigation, resource optimization, and strategic alignment across IT and security initiatives

Operational Oversight
* Lead budget alignment and execution for IT programs
* Partner with Finance and procurement planning on managing overall IT budget including reviewing of invoices and
* Drive workforce development and external learning initiatives
* Provide performance tracking and reporting to executive stakeholders
* Lead and coordinate efforts with IT peer leaders to ensure SOX and audit compliance in conjunction with internal and external auditors.

* Qualifications:

*** 10+ years of experience in IT program management, IT Operations/Chief of Staff, cybersecurity, or enterprise operations.
* Proven track record of leading PMOs in complex, high-growth environments.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise automation, and digital transformation
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
** Preferred Experience
*** Experience with vendor governance, contract negotiation, and budget optimization
** Work Environment
** This is a hybrid role based in the Sunnyvale, CA office with an expectation of 3-4 days per week in the office.#LI-AN2
