About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in Cloud and AI Infrastructure, is looking for a skilled Integrations Engineer to join their team for a 3-6 month duration engagement. This project involves the design, development, and maintenance of robust Workday integrations with over 30 internal and external systems, including Net Suite and Workiva, with a focus on specialized expertise in Workato, Workday, and Greenhouse.

This is a high-impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex inbound and outbound Workday integrations, leveraging Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and external middleware like Workato.
  • Successfully integrate Workday with over 30 different systems, including critical platforms like Net Suite, Workiva, and Greenhouse.
  • Partner with functional leads (HR, Finance) to gather, analyze, and document complex integration requirements and functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans to ensure all integrations are functional, secure, and performant.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support for existing integrations, troubleshooting failures, and performing root‑cause analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday integration development and administration.
  • Deep expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS) and integration technologies (XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP)). This isn’t a learning role—you need to be a subject‑matter expert.
  • A proven track record of building at least 50‑100 Workday integrations, with specialized expertise in integrating Workday with systems like Net Suite, Workiva, and Greenhouse using platforms like Workato.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills, with excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholders.
