Senior User Research Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the e-commerce and AI technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior User Research Specialist (B2B & AI) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior User Research Specialist (B2B & AI), you will be an integral part of the User Experience and Research Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Conduct comprehensive user research related to B2B sourcing experiences on the  platform and its associated AI products.

+ Plan and execute user research projects by organizing complex studies, validating requirements, developing suitable methodologies, managing project timelines, and enhancing research quality.

+ Deliver actionable reports and provide optimization recommendations aligned with business realities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

+ Derive strategic insights from user data by leveraging business, survey, and market data to identify core factors impacting merchant operations and experiences.

+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitor industry and product trends, and proactively plan high-impact research initiatives to support business growth.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, statistics, or related fields.

+ Minimum of 3 years of user research experience, preferably within renowned research or consulting firms, with exposure to domestic or cross-border trade, retail, or e-commerce sectors.

+ Extensive project experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with proficiency in SQL and SPSS for data analysis.

+ Strong communication skills with a collaborative and open-minded approach, fostering knowledge sharing and teamwork.

+ Preferred:
Experience in AI product research, e-commerce, sourcing, industry/market/competitor analysis, cross-border supply chain knowledge, and foreign trade factories/traders expertise. Proficiency in English and Mandarin for professional communication is advantageous.
