User Study Researcher Duties
- Plan, execute and track large scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development
- Track and report on progress, blockers and key deliverables to Data Operations Team
- Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure and Operations teams on requirements for data collections
- Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment
- Support Data Operations team with equipment set up and inventory tracking
- 3+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles:
Operations (i.e. data, product, lab, R&D, etc.), Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management - Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar
