Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with software development in programming language (e.g., Type Script).
- 2 years of experience building developer tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for the Type Script (TS) and JavaScript (JS) languages, libraries, and toolings across google
3. This scope includes everything from the smallest web apps up through major products like Search, Gmail, and You Tube. You will support the latest in JavaScript standards, Type Script features, and exceptional TS/JS optimizations that are safe, fast, and easy at every scale. Our team is responsible for supporting the developer experience, language features, build pipeline, and compilers for Type Script and JavaScript.
You will write web applications that include all of Google’s largest, most important web products (e.g., Gmail, Web Search, You Tube, Cloud, and more).
- Write design documents, author and review CLs.
- Contribute to shared team responsibilities.
- Help Google web developers build products using our tooling.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
