The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a Linked In office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager of Web Experience Measurement and Insights to define and lead the next generation of web experience measurement. This person will shape how we understand, optimize, and evolve our digital presence, including traditional web, search, and emerging agentic experiences. You will work with a team of experienced web analysts and partner closely with Web Marketers, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Demand-Gen Ops and other cross functional teams to uncover insights that influence Linked In’s strategic direction for Web.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with autonomy, and can translate complex data into clear business impact.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Define and own the strategic roadmap for all web measurement and insights initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business goals.

Lead the development of a unified measurement framework for both traditional and emerging agentic web experiences.

Deliver decision-ready insights and narratives that shape Linked In’s web strategy at the highest levels. Translate complex analytical findings into compelling, actionable business narratives for c-suite leaders.

Evaluate new measurement technologies and ensure effective integration into the company’s broader analytics ecosystem.

Agentic Measurement & Analytics

Design and execute the measurement strategy for agentic experiences, including framework development, methodology design, and capability rollout.

Develop approaches to assess the incremental impact of new experiences and features across agentic journeys.

Use advanced measurement techniques such as incrementality testing, causal inference, and MMM to establish clear cause-and-effect narratives.

Operational Excellence

Oversee the coordination and prioritization of cross-functional web measurement initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement in data quality, analytical rigor, and insight delivery processes.

Define clear success criteria and accountability for measurable business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Tableau or similar visualization tool
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data sets using SQL and/or Hive
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or similar role
  • Experience with Git Hub or similar tool for version control and script collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience measuring AI-driven, conversational, or agentic experiences.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills and able to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of the digital and marketing measurement ecosystem, including incrementality, attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic clarity in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated success influencing at various levels.
  • A balance of strategic vision and executional excellence, able to deliver both direction and results.
