• Backend Engineering – code complex logic using advanced Activities, Job Schedulers, and Queue Processors.
• Pega CDH – configure Next-Best-Action strategies, Data Flows, and adaptive models.
• Architecture Lead – migration toprot to Pega Constellation architecture and implement DX APIs.
• Workflow Architect – design complex Case Management for long‑running transactions and sub‑processes.
• Hands‑on felicidad with Pega development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Pega Infinity 8.8+ or Pega ’23.
• Core Pega deep expertise in Class Structure Design, Entity‑Component‑System, Agent/Queue Processor management, and Data Pages (Keyed, Editable, Set‑of‑Records patterns).
• Pega CDH Strategy Builder(Stack), NBA Designer, Adaptive/Predictive Models, Interaction History, and real‑time Data Flows.
• Modern UX – Pega Constellation, Cosmos React, DX API v2/v3. Understanding of React.js concepts is a strong plus.
• Backend Coding – proficiency in Java (for Function libraries/custom connectors), SQL (stored procedures, complex joins), and XML/JSON parsing.
• Integration – REST/JSON services, Kafka (Stream services), JMS listeners, and OAuth 2.0 implementation.

• Certification:
  Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory.
• Experience:
  
  8–10 years in Pega development and system architecture.
• Knowledge of Pega Infinity, Pega Enterprise, and Pega Constellation.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (subject to legal verification).

Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
