Oracle DBA Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Competencies:
Oracle DBA
Candidate must have experience in handling large teams
- Experience with IBM AIX, Linux, SUN Solaris UNIX operating systems
- Hands‑on experience as an Oracle DBA, working with Oracle 18c and 19c
- Apply PSU patches to various versions of Oracle databases
- Upgrade databases to 19c – rolling upgrades for the Oracle environment is a plus
- Experience with Golden Gate implementation and troubleshooting
- Install Tic, configure, and troubleshoot multi‑node RAC systems on ASM
- Upgrade and migrate large databases across a data centre
- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions
- ASM instance creation and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Oracle architecture
