10 is currently seeking a Program/Project Manager, Marketing & Operations to work with our client in Sunnyvale, CA or New York, NY. This 12‑month contract hybrid position has a pay rate range of $49.52–$60.10 per hour.
Our client is looking for a Program/Project Manager, Marketing & Operations to help accelerate growth and improve go-to-market strategy for Marketing Solutions. This individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance organizations to craft new strategies and commercial offers, steer them through successful deployment, and establish the right measurement and tracking to assess their impact. Responsibilities- Support operations and execution of incentives processes between the Pricing, Marketing and Sales teams - looking for more of a "do‑er" not a strategy/planner
- Utilize SQL to support reporting, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide data insights
- Perform comprehensive ad‑hoc analyses to track and evaluate performance of commercial model initiatives, offering actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for program improvements, including the automation of systems and streamlining of workflows (e.g. using Microsoft Copilot or Glean), and lead these initiatives
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and 2 years’ experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Project/Program Management, or a related role, preferably within the tech or internet industry
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross‑functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a simplified manner
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
10 employees will be considered for this position.
- Project tracking experience, including using tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner
- Intermediate expertise in SQL and advanced data analysis, including experience with big data tools and platforms
- Ability to structure and communicate complex information in a simplified manner.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with cross‑functional partners, especially with Go‑To‑Market and Marketing teams.
