Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Website Optimization Specialist will own the strategy and execution of website experimentation and optimization within Webflow. This role will lead the management of Webflow Optimize (or equivalent experimentation platforms) and oversee the testing roadmap to improve user engagement, conversion, and overall site performance.
The Website Optimization Specialist will partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaign Management, and Web Development teams to plan, execute, and measure website A/B tests, while also supporting web content updates, landing page builds, and campaign launches in Webflow.
AboutThe Role
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data‑driven marketing and technical web execution. Day to day, you’ll design and run experiments to optimize site experiences, interpret performance data, and recommend improvements to increase conversions. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring new campaigns and product launches to life through well‑structured, optimized web content. As a Webflow CMS expert, you’ll ensure all pages are high‑performing, visually cohesive, and built to support SEO and analytics best practices.
WhoYou Are
- 3+ years of experience in website optimization, digital marketing, or web development, preferably in a fast‑paced or growth‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in A/B testing and personalization tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely
- Hands‑on experience with Webflow, Wordpress, AEM or other Enterprise CMS platforms (CMS, Designer, and publishing workflows)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics frameworks
- Ability to analyze website performance metrics and translate data insights into actionable optimization recommendations
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and SEO fundamentals
- Excellent project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple tests and web updates simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with design and development teams to implement tests and page builds
- Understanding of marketing automation and campaign lifecycle processes
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Webflow or A/B test setup
- Exposure to B2B marketing or enterprise SaaS environments
The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
