We drive cross‑functional programs that enhance employee productivity and support the unique demands of unreleased products, using tools like Jamf (MDM) and Oomnitza (ITAM) to ensure secure and seamless experiences.

We are looking for someone to own and lead all aspects of large, cross‑functional efforts and programs. Partner with engineering colleagues, and leaders and stakeholders across Apple on programs impacting all aspects of device management actively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues. Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, critical achievements to executive leadership. Own the roadmap, priorities, prioritization, timelines, and execution.

Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes.

• At least 5 years of project or program management in software development
• Knowledge of software development standard methodologies and related dependencies
• Experience driving cross‑functional efforts in enterprise settings
• BS in Computer Science or related field

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and execs
• Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating resolutions
• Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self‑starter
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $213,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
