Kforce has an enterprise client located in Sunnyvale, CA that is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of international logistics experience (US/Asia to global markets). Join our dynamic B2B operations team managing device logistics across 40+ countries. As a Project/Program Manager, you will work with a cross-functional startup-style team handling international shipments from US/China/Vietnam to APAC, EMEA, and AMEA regions.

• Manage end-to-end forward logistics for internal B2B device orders
• Ensure trade compliance and device certifications across multiple regions
• Coordinate with logistics vendors for timely international deliveries
• Create and maintain tracking systems and performance dashboards
• Handle specialized shipping requirements for battery/non-battery devices
• Utilize AI tools to optimize processes and reporting

• Logistics certifications (CLTD, CTSI)
• 5+ years international logistics experience (US/Asia to global markets)
• Fluent communication skills
• Expertise in trade compliance and device certifications
• Willing to work in a fast-paced startup atmosphere
• Cross-functional team collaboration skills
• Flexible schedule requirement
• Limited domestic travel (1-2 trips annually)
• Knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations
• Experience working with devices
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week

• Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, Quip)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
