Position: BI Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BI Data Analyst with strong hands‑on expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using these tools on a weekly basis for 5 years, delivering high-quality dashboards, data analysis, and insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business reporting and presentations
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple data sources
• Leverage Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
• Perform data analysis using statistical methods and probability theory to support data‑driven decision making
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of hands‑on, weekly experience using Tableau, SQL, and Python
• Strong understanding of probability theory and statistical analysis
• Experience building scalable, maintainable BI solutions and dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency

Pay Range: $70/hr. to $80/hr.
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
