The Role

• The role requires a strong understanding of data structures, data movement, and end-to-end process flows across systems and teams. The candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps, dependencies, and inefficiencies across multiple teams, and proactively connecting cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned, scalable solutions.
• The individual will closely partner with business stakeholders and global/geographic teams to gather, clarify, and harmonize requirements, ensuring consistency in processes and outcomes across regions. This includes translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• The role also demands the ability to deep dive into functional details, validate system behavior, and perform thorough end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The candidate will ensure solutions meet business expectations, are fully integrated, and are production-ready before release.
