We are seeking a versatile SAP EWM Developer/Trainer who combines technical expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with strong instructional skills.
This role involves designing and customizing SAP EWM solutions while developing and delivering training programs to ensure effective implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities Development- Design, develop, and customize SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions for developers, super-users, and end-users (both in-person and virtual).
- Facilitate hands-on workshops to ensure practical understanding of SAP EWM functionalities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of development projects and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM solutions.
- Stay updated on SAP EWM features and best practices to enhance development and training activities.
- Gather feedback from training participants and recommend improvements to configurations and processes.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to align SAP EWM solutions with organizational goals.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on development and training activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SAP EWM development, including customization and configuration.
- Strong instructional skills and experience conducting training sessions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Residing in Sunnyvale, CA for easier collaboration and on-site activities.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and warehouse operations.
- Project management skills to coordinate development and training activities.
