eGain’s Software Engineer positions are open for the right individual seeking to start their career in a dynamic, fast-paced organization where you can build your skills.

• Undergo 3 months of comprehensive training for eGain products. After completing the initial training, you will be assigned a position and undergo a 3-month, functional onboarding in one of the following departments subject to your performance, your aptitude, and the availability of positions.
  • Product Engineering
  • Professional Services
  • Sales Engineering
  • Product Management
  • Operations Automation (Dev Ops, Rev Ops, Support Ops)
  • Technical Support
• Develop and maintain AI-powered software tools, services, and applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university.

• Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
• Functional section – this is a take-home test

Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
