Assistant General Counsel

Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. We are seeking a highly-motivated and pragmatic Assistant General Counsel to join our Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will provide business-minded legal support across multiple functions, including commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in the medtech, pharma or other life sciences sector, and experience in a fast-paced, start-up company environment.

The Assistant General Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor to the business, providing strategic and practical legal counsel across corporate, securities, and healthcare regulatory law. This role will lead legal efforts related to corporate governance, SEC compliance and legal risk management. The successful candidate is expected to become a trusted partner to senior leadership, with a focus on supporting R&D and commercial strategy while ensuring company adherence to compliance in a complex regulatory environment.
