How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

We’re looking for a hands‑on Dev Ops Architect to lead technical strategy and drive transformation across our global SRE and Dev Ops operations. This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll set the architectural vision, guide implementation, and influence technology decisions for our cloud platform—including Ruckus One
—serving millions of users worldwide.

As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you’ll move us from manual operations to automated, intelligent workflows. You’ll balance strategic architecture with hands‑on coding (40–50%), working on multi‑tenant GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes optimization, disaster recovery, automation frameworks, and compliance solutions.

  • Define and enforce architectural standards across our cloud product portfolio.
  • Lead technology evaluations and vendor selections with clear technical recommendations.
  • Create Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) for major initiatives.
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance to engineering teams on implementation patterns.
  • Drive cross‑product technical alignment and establish common standards.
  • Own the technical roadmap for cloud infrastructure and automation.
  • Architect solutions for multi‑region HA, disaster recovery, and infrastructure‑as‑code
    .
  • Design automation frameworks to eliminate manual processes and reduce operational toil.
  • Build observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and GCP tools
    .
  • Write production‑grade code in Python, Bash, and Go for automation and tooling.
  • Develop Terraform modules and IaC patterns for enterprise‑scale deployments.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering with large‑scale production environments.
  • Expert‑level experience in GCP/AWS
    , multi‑region architectures, GKE optimization, networking, and security.
  • Deep Kubernetes expertise in production environments.
  • Advanced Terraform development and IaC best practices.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, Bash, and/or Go
    .
  • Proven ability to create technical documentation and ADRs.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third‑party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary) is $-$

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
