  • Model, query, and optimize large datasets using SQL and BI tools, translating technical analysis into meaningful business insights.
  • Analyze and interpret data from HR systems, surveys, and performance platforms (e.g., Fresh Service, Lattice) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Establish and uphold data governance and visualization best practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting.
  • Mentor colleagues in analytics techniques, fostering a culture of data fluency across HR and business functions.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Experience supporting system transitions, including Workday HRIS migration and data migrations related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), while ensuring data integrity and continuity during major changes.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI (GenAI) and modern analytics practices, such as LLM‑powered data querying, AI‑assisted visualization, automated data storytelling, and predictive insight generation to accelerate analysis and decision‑making.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Hands‑on experience with Tableau (or equivalent BI tools like Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into stories that influence senior leadership.
