Supply Chain Analyst II

Location: US - CA - Remote

Job Summary: As an Entry Level Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to help optimize our global supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.
  • Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Drive automation projects on an aggressive timeline with a team of world‑class engineers and designers.
  • Develop and maintain well‑coordinated internal relationships with cross‑functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data‑driven solutions.
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL & Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in pandas, Num Py, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM.
  • Experience in resolving issues related to undelivered goods and coordinating with staff, users, and vendors to determine corrective action.
Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
