Responsibilities

for Compliance Specialist
  • Plan, manage, and execute compliance projects across the full lifecycle to ensure timely delivery, effective outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate legal, regulatory, and policy obligations into operational controls and work with process owners to close control gaps and strengthen compliance maturity.
  • Lead and support risk assessments to identify key compliance risks and prioritize focus areas across the compliance ecosystem.
  • Own recurring compliance reporting, analyze findings, and deliver clear written and verbal recommendations to stakeholders to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Design and drive compliance training, communication strategies, and policy/process enhancements to ensure company‑wide adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in conducting risk assessments and designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance controls and frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives through the full project lifecycle, including scoping, prioritization, execution, and outcome delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional stakeholders, provide guidance to business owners, and clearly communicate compliance requirements and expectations.
  • Proficiency in validating recurring reports, analyzing compliance metrics, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of evolving regulatory and compliance standards, with the ability to integrate new market requirements and industry best practices into existing programs.

  • Shift: Hybrid - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

Pay Details

$99.56 to $115.00 per hour
