Overview
Akkodis is seeking a User Study Researcher II for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA
. The ideal candidates will coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to maintain data quality while driving project scoping, documentation, and study‑supply logistics.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $66/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Develop enrollment and throughput plans to ensure studies meet required timelines and targets.
- Manage and communicate project status with cross‑functional teams and external research vendors.
- Drive project scoping, including vendor quotes, contracts, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Identify and resolve risks related to schedule, logistics, and data quality across multiple global projects.
- Develop study documentation such as consent forms, statements of work, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and distribute study supplies—including device setup—and train study personnel on data collection systems and monitoring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Public Health, Life Sciences, Research Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing research studies, field operations, or multi‑site project coordination.
- Strong ability to manage global, cross‑functional research projects while maintaining schedule, logistics, and data‑quality standards.
- Proven experience working with external vendors—including scoping, budgeting, contracting, and invoicing—along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $66.00 per hour
