Key Responsibilities
  • Being a contributing member of the team responsible for the financial integrity of the company’s revenues, deferred revenue, accounts receivables, and unbilled revenue.
  • Applying ASC 606 and company policies to determine proper revenue recognition for SaaS subscription, professional services, partner revenue share, and usage‑based models.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Partner Management, and Revenue Operations to clarify contractual language and ensure compliance.
  • Reviewing incoming revenue reports received from partners and assess for reasonableness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of partner revenue share calculations and allocations in Net Suite.
  • Assisting in monthly financial close activities, including reconciliations and analysis.
  • Performing internal audit on revenue arrangements.
  • Assisting in implementing tools or workflows for better contract and revenue management.
  • Preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders and partners on revenue performance using Salesforce.
  • Supporting audits and providing documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
  • 3‑6+ years of professional accounting experience in revenue recognition, preferably in a technology company.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition requirements under US GAAP.
  • A strong understanding of invoicing processes.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Net Suite ERP & Zone Advanced Billing experience.
  • Familiarity with multi‑currency, multi‑subsidiary accounting systems.
  • Prior audit experience.
