We are an product Engineering and IT Services base company.
Job Description- Assist in the Company’s external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. Form S-3, Form 8-K) and other financial reporting as required.
- Prepare the Press Release financials and coordinate with Finance and Investor Relations Departments for all Draft versions.
- Prepare and review internal management reporting package.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statements, including Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Stockholders Equity, Statement of Comprehensive Income, and EPS calculations.
- Review detailed Xtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
- Research accounting and regulatory guidance and instructions to ensure accurate and relevant disclosures in audited financial statements and SEC filings
Degree in finance or accounting
• MBA and CPA a plus but not required
