Employment Type: Full-Time (January–December)

At Potentia
, we believe in a holistic approach to financial planning, investment management, and tax strategy. Five years ago, we expanded our mission by integrating tax preparation services directly into our firm, allowing us to deliver truly comprehensive client care. Today our strong in‑house tax team has successfully navigated two acquisitions, refined our systems, and adopted powerful, cutting‑edge software to support scalable, high‑quality service.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Associate who shares our vision for delivering elevated client experiences through thoughtful planning and preparation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional, who can support our team of preparers while actively developing the skills needed to manage their own client relationships over time. This role is well‑suited for someone with a growth mindset — eager to learn, open to feedback, comfortable with evolving processes, and motivated to take increasing ownership as the firm continues to grow.

We value team members who see change as opportunity and are excited to grow alongside a dynamic, forward‑thinking organization.
