Job OverviewWe are hiring an industry leader to lead commercial construction projects. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $320,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Prepare bids, budgets and respond to formal RFPs.
- Participate in interviews to secure new work.
- Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments.
- Develop site logistics plans.
- Create detailed project schedules in conjunction with superintendents.
- Serve as the client point of contact.
- Establish and maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships.
- Oversee procurement, cost, and change management during the project.
- Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors.
- Manage punch list and oversee project closeout.
- Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections, reporting, and AR collections.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Extensive experience with commercial tenant improvement projects (life science, data center, building infrastructure, and/or healthcare project experience strongly preferred).
- Strong estimating skills.
- Experience selling own work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and MS Project.
