- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a software technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $144,000‑$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities- Gather system requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design, and product validation.
- Lead the bring up, validation, NPI, deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
- Work cross‑functionally with hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, validation, manufacturing, and external vendors.
- Drive system development from concept through production.
- Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems.
