We are seeking new team members for the THAAD Program!

You should be a strategic thinker who thrives in an integrated customer/contractor team and have the experience and/or aptitude to conceptualize and develop innovative technical solutions for the Warfighter. You will have the opportunity to participate in coordination and administration of Configuration/Data Management (CDM) activities on the program related to identification, control, and status accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance with contractual and command media requirements.

You will also assist in the preparation of procedures and the implementation of changes as required. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Review, analyze, and release engineering changes and other requirements documentation into EPDM including initiation and follow up activities for corrective actions,
• Ensure customer contract and configuration/data management requirements are met.
• Ensure program compliance to CDM requirements for baseline control, document control and document release.
• Support administration of CDM repository databases and systems.
• Perform Engineering Release activities.
• Manage accurate baselines and provide status accounting reporting.
• Participate in CM audit activities and corrective action.
• Coordinate and participate in change boards and reviews

We are looking for someone who possesses solid verbal and writing communication skills. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Secret Clearance will be required. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills to manage priorities for multiple tasks. You are a good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tracking changes to ensure we will always have Truth, Trust, and Traceability (T3).
