Milestone Technologies is seeking a full-time Electronics Technician to support a local client in the Bay Area. Candidates should be self-starters who are punctual, motivated, driven, and have great attention to detail. The ideal candidate is an excellent team player with a positive, flexible attitude and operates with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
  • Technician support for the Manufacturing Test Engineering lab
  • Assemble, test, verify, troubleshoot اظ, and rework prototypes
  • Assemble, test, verify, and 직원효 troubleshoot test fixtures, cabling, and adapters
  • Provide failure analysis support for contract manufacturers and field organizations
  • Assist with various lab management duties including installation of systems/assemblies, maintenance and repairériques lab equipment, physical inventory tracking, lab policies, and procurement of lab supplies
  • Ability to liftiles up to 45 lbs; some heavy lifting of materials may be required
  • Operate thermal test chambers, өкproducts under test, monitor, and support users
  • Perform all job functions in adherence to TL9000 practices
  • Provide support to remote partners if needed
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role working on complex electronic assemblies
  • AS in Electronics or equivalent required
  • Strong knowledge of basic electronics, digital and analog theory
  • Excellent failure analysis and troubleshooting skills of complex circuitry down to the component level
  • Proficient solder rework skills, including fine pitch SMT components
  • Experienced with power and hand tools including drills and wire crimping tools for pins, connectors, and lugs
  • Skilled in using test and debug equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, boundary scan tools, component programming software and equipment, and high magnification microscopes and cameras
  • Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Document Control, and CAD tools for viewing schematics, BOMs, ECO ail etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing workload and priorities to ensure timely completion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to collaborate well with multiple functional groups
  • Telecommunications product experience is a plus
