Avicena is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Analog Design Manager to lead the development of high-performance, low-power analog and mixed-signal circuits for our next-generation optical interconnect solutions. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team of engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver innovative silicon solutions that power the future of data communication. This is a unique opportunity to shape cutting-edge technology at the intersection of analog design and photonics.
Qualifications:- Master or PH.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years experience in Analog circuit design from specs to architecture, design, bench testing and all the way to high volume production.
- Deep understanding ofanalog, mixed-signal andRF circuit design in deep submicron CMOS technology.
- Good working experience with advancedanalogdesign platforms.
- Experience with high speed SERDES
- Highly desirable to have experience designing optical transceiver components such as TIA and Laser drivers.
- Very comfortable with cadence design tools.
- Can supervise layout designers and backend verification.
- Good knowledge of analog and mixed signal verification methodologies.
- Be responsible for a complete chip tapeout.
