Overview
Develop and maintain Fab capacity model and ongoing equipment capabilities.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Experience with SAP
- Use the Theory of constraints to identify opportunities for cost reduction, increased throughput, workflow improvements, etc.
- Communicate with management and other personnel to develop production and design standards
- Develop and implement best labor practices (touch time optimization, etc)
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify yield improvement roadmaps
