California Young World is looking for a Master Teacher to lead a classroom of 24 early‑childhood units. This full‑time hourly position pays $30–$35 per hour and includes a $500.00 sign‑on bonus earned after 90 days. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Master Teacher Permit.

• Fairwood – 2‑ and 3‑year‑olds
• Schedule:
  
  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Lead a team and oversee the development and education of young children.
• Model developmentally appropriate curriculum and enforce agency policies and procedures within the assigned classroom.

• Must be eligible for a Master Teacher Permit.
• Experience and confidence in early childhood education.
