Our clinic, renowned for exceptional dental care and patient satisfaction, seeks a motivated and organized professional to manage our front desk operations. It is important to note that this is not a remote job, and the successful candidate will be stationed at our office location to interact directly with our valued patients and staff.

As a cornerstone of first impressions and a vital component of our patient-care system, the role of a Dental Receptionist is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic. We are not just looking for an employee; we are seeking a new member for our dental family who will contribute to our welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Verify and update patient information accurately
  • Collect payments, process transactions, and provide receipts
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
  • Support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient flow
Requirements:
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Good at algebra for calculating percentage and estimate adjustments
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of in-person customer service experience
  • Prior dental office experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable answering high-volume phone calls and speaking with patients
  • Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Reliable and flexible with work hours, including overtime when needed
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Willingness to learn dental terminology, procedures, and office systems
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
