Overview

Job Description: Apex Systems is currently hiring for Bilingual Customer Service roles with a global Consumer Goods client. This role will be reviewing applications for an approval or decline based on requirements of sellers and collaborating with teammates to share feedback.

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in one or more of the listed languages and willing to utilize bilingual ability in the role.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and strong typing skills.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and sound decision making.
  • Analyzing and applying information from multiple sources and systems.
  • Adherence to documented screening workflow and requirements.
Location & Compensation

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Range: $17/hr.
