Interaction Visual Designer

Job Description

• The team builds software that helps the company and its workers safe.
• The project we need help with is all about ensuring people have the right level of access to the spaces needed to do their jobs effectively.

• Address medium complexity design and/or user problems, with minimal guidance, leveraging established design principles and patterns.
• Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
• Independently make decisions that improve quality and/or consistency within a feature or project level scope of work (e.g., process, team, deliverables).
• Proactively identify, define, and communicate problems within the project or product team(s), and deliver practical and/or creative ways to fix them.

• 4+ years of experience in product design or UX.
• Create design concepts (e.g., mock‑ups, prototypes) for informing product direction, ideation and user research/testing.
• Collaborate regularly with UX, PM & Engineers to communicate and/or influence design intention.
• Iteratively improve design based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input with minimal guidance.

• Designing and building prototypes in Figma
• Familiarity with Material Design guidelines
• Visual Design
• Design concepts

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
